 The CNC troubleshooting system series was designed to meet the actual demands of qualified industry and education for CNC-machine maintenance standard. Based on a sophisticated CNC controller at high industrial standard with modern control system, Siemens 802C is offered to be used for training in troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. In addition to link with the CNC trainer attachment, we offers specialized fault insertion applications for basic training and programming to be used for qualified education of students.

Fault Injection

  • The CNC trouble shooting system series was designed to meet the actual demands of qualified industrial and education for CNC-machine maintenance Standard
  • Based on a sophisticated CNC controller at high Industrial Standard with most modern control system Siemens 802C is offered to be used for training in trouble shooting and maintenance tasks

In addition to link with the CNC trainer attachment we offer specialized fault insertion applications for basic training and programming to be used for qualified education of students

The Trouble shooting Panel should consist of the following 6 Modules for Trouble shooting experiment:

1. Power Source and Control Module
– Experiment in Power control
– Experiment in Wiring
2. CNC Module
– Experiment in Machine data tuning
– Experiment in PLC data/parameter tuning
3. Feed Module (X, Y (milling only) and Z axis)
– Experiment in Data Signal Flow
– Experiment in Feedback Signal Flow
– Experiment in Input power
4. Spindle Module
– Experiment in Signal Flow
– Experiment in Parameter tuning
– Experiment in Input power
5. I/O Module
– Experiment in Signal Flow
6. Turret (If come with Automatic Tool Change)
– Experiment in Signal Flow
– Experiment in Indexing
7. All the above 6 modules should come with the fault
insertion function for troubleshooting experiments usage

 

Standard Functions of Troubleshooting:

  • CNC Alarm message and error acknowledgement, repairing and troubleshooting
  • Able to function in two mode: Panel mode and Machine Mode
  • Able to set fault in two mode: Toggle switch mode and dial switch mode
  • Able to probe signal by using test and measurement equipment through points
  • CNC system installation, parameter setting, communication, and configuration
  • Main Spindle speed configuration and parameter setting are available
  • Tools turret control and sign connection
  • On / off switch for CNC application training
  • Stepper motor or Servo motor connection, configuration, and status performance characteristic
  • Come together with PLC parameter, programming, connection, and machine data
  • Pulse disk measuring scale, binary measuring scale and application
  • Current tool carrier, signal integration
  • CNC programming, simulation and real machining
